#GirlsNightOut started out in 2016 with a simple idea - people love to take photos so give them something to "snap" about and support women in business while doing it. Now 3 short years later we have hosted #GNO events with various themes like Unicorns and Avant-Garde, and every year we explore trends on social media for inspiration for the next event. As you might have seen from our last blog post, immersive photos pop ups are becoming are becoming popular, so we decided to level up this year and host our own fun photo experience for the event that was literally created to inspire photos for your feed.

After a year of research and even traveling to explore other "instagram playgrounds" we finally had the inspo we needed to create this year's event that features 12- photo installations as part of our Instafamous-themed #GirlsNightOut event. For the first time ever we'll be hosting #GirlsNightOut for 2-full days and adding a kid-friendly day so moms can bring their kids.

A week ago we hosted a Media Preview event for local influencers to get a sneak peek at the event. Since then we've been featured in Houston Chronicle, CultureMap, Houstonia, Hot in Houston Now, and Its Not Hou It's Me! Here is what they experienced, and what you can look forward to this weekend at our "Instafamous" weekend of events.

Blankanvas Salon is providing hair and makeup touch ups for all our guests. They are located in the Heights and offer hair, beauty, and bridal services.

Of course we couldn't make this event experience memorable without the help and support of local women business owners, creatives, and artists. #GirlsNightOut features girl bosses across the city, and this year we are so thankful to each of these women for coming into our lives to impact our event, and our guests.

Our Contributing Event Partner GoSavvy is a creative event planning and branding firm that has helped us level up for this event with staging, lighting, coordination, and logistical support and guidance.

Meet the Women that helped to bring our photo installations from paper to in person.

Of course we couldn't be great without the help of our sponsors.
